Regular communications

We communicate with insurance companies, adjusters, case managers and employers:

Patients are clocked in and out to monitor and document time in the clinic
Report of no-shows and cancellations are faxed within 24 hours
Evaluations are faxed within 24 hours
Progress notes are typed and sent bi-weekly (or more often if requested)

Convenient billing

Billing is done by individual clinics, with work comp fees already adjusted to the ICA fee schedule.
